Your clay pipe orders are insured against damage in transit. This true for both Priority Mail and First Class shipping. First Class may show as an option if your order does not exceed weight or size restrictions. Priority shipping usually goes out the next business day and should arrive in 2-3 days. First Class orders will be processed in a timely manner and may take a few extra days to arrive.
We make every effort to pack your order securely. If you find that a pipe arrives broken, please let us know right away. We do not want you to ship the broken item back, but we do request that you email a digital image showing the broken pipe and the shipping container. We will either replace your pipe at no charge or if you prefer send you a refund or issue a store credit.
