The Number 184 has a unique curved design with a smooth finish in hazel. The stem curves up in line with the curve of the bowl, if it were turned down there is a good chance that your tobacco might land on your lap, of course, you are welcome to try it either way. This is a short pipe – just under 5 inches, but since it is all bowl the tobacco chamber is a full 1.5 inches deep. The grain on this pipe is amazingly straight for its length – 2.75 inches of straight grain bowl on one side and more of a flame grain on the other, but a beautiful piece of briar overall.
