OGCP #9 Claw and Egg with a Beech-Horn Stem

Old German Clay Pipe #9 Claw and Egg with a Beech wood and Horn Stem – a Traditional Clay Tobacco Pipe with a unique update

This traditional clay pipe is also available in all clay. The highly detailed claw holding an egg (the bowl) is something often found on Meerschauk pipes but rarely with clay pipes making this a unique collectors itme.

This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Special Note on Bi-color and Beech-Horn pipes

The aluminum band on the pipe is fixed to the clay stem and should not be removed.

The horn stem can be removed to clean the pipe and is the only part of the pipe that can be detached.

In the case of the beech-horn stem, the beech and horn parts are one piece and should not be separated. The entire beech-horn section can be detached from the pipe for cleaning.
