Credit card customers: We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. Due to restrictions on the sale of tobacco products over the Internet, we do not offer tobacco online. PayPal users will be able to make purchases from this site.
We ship within 48 -72 hours unless items are not in stock or our offices are closed for vacations or holidays. In the event that we will not be able to ship your order within 3 days, we will notify you by email or phone to explain the delay. If our office will be closed for an extended period of time, a notice to that effect will be posted on the Web site. You may place an order, but it will not be processed until the office is open for business. The charges for your online purchase will show up at the time you place the order.
We ship anywhere in the United States. We may ship via UPS, the Postal Service or other carrier. You can use a PO Box for your shipping address. Orders outside the United States may entail shipping charges above the standard rates shown on the Web site. We will handle such orders separately.
Be sure to include a valid email address with any order place on the this Web site, so we may contact you if necessary.
Online sales are completed upon submitting your order and your credit card or debit card will reflect charges at the time of purchase. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days.
Mail orders by check or money order will be processed after the check has cleared your financial institution. Orders should arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds and Returns
Please make sure that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is not delivered or is returned to Pipeshoppe.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address you will not be reimbursed for the postage and we will charge you postage again if you want the order resent. We ship to the address given so make sure it’s right.
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We will replace goods that arrive damaged at no charge after you return the damaged item. Notification by phone, mail, email, fax, or in person must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of your package containing damaged goods. Please include a copy of your invoice when returning damaged merchandise.
You may return an item that has not been used for a full refund. All returns must be returned within 30 days or the sale is final. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. Pipes that have been smoked are not eligible for a refund. Please call or email us if you are experiencing a problem with an item. Refunds will be paid by check or through PayPal.
