Will my pipes arrive before Christmas?
Always the top question at this time of year. We ship Priority Mail which is not guaranteed to, but generally arrives in 2-3 days to addresses in the United States. Foreign orders ship international first class and usually take 1-3 weeks.
Domestic orders can be placed on or before December 20th. If ordered by that date, you pipe order should arrive by Christmas. Orders received on Wednesday, December 21st and on Thursday, December 22nd by 10:00 am Eastern Time will be processed as usual and may arrive by December 24th, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.
We do not ship over night unless you supply us with your UPS or FedEx account number and request next day air. You UPS or FedEx account will be billed for the shipping charge. If you do not have a UPS or FedEx account, your order will ship Priority Mail.
